Alexander Stock

Business Development Manager, Europe

Alexander Stock is the business development manager for Europe. Alexander has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and 10 years of experience in the fumigation industry services. He is based near Brussels.

Alex is responsible for supporting and expanding the use of sulfuryl fluoride in Europe for existing and new markets/countries as well as providing technical assistance and stewardship trainings for the professionals who perform fumigations.

Barb Nead-Nylander

Technical Expert and Research and Development Scientist

Nead-Nylander's work in fumigation includes the preplant, postharvest and structural markets.

Barb brings more than 35 years of pest management experience to Douglas Products. She worked in pest management for 12 years as an undergrad and post-grad student. She earned a bachelor’s degree in entomology from Purdue University and then a master’s and a Ph.D. in entomology, both at North Dakota State University. For The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences, she served as a field research scientist, a technology transfer leader for insecticides, fungicides and biotechnology, and in human resources as a development manager. Her work in fumigation includes the preplant, postharvest and structural markets. Barb is a member of the Entomological Society of America and the International Organisation for Biological and Integrated Control.

Janet Rowley

International Vice President

Rowley is an active member of the Association of Structural Pest Control Regulatory Officials and the International Organisation for Biological Control.

Janet brings extensive experience to her responsibilities to develop and serve fumigation customers in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. After earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The Ohio State University, she gained experience in all aspects of pest management with The Dow Chemical Company and later Dow AgroSciences. She is a 32-year veteran in structural fumigation and a 22-year veteran in postharvest fumigation. With Dow and Dow AgroSciences she has served in roles that include sales, marketing, communications and sales management. She is a member of the National Pest Control Association, Pest Control Operators of California, the Association of Structural Pest Control Regulatory Officials and the International Organisation for Biological Control.

Ramona Darie

International Customer Service and DATS System Manager

Ramona Narcisa Darie is responsible for managing and overseeing all facets of the software life cycle, including design, testing, training, and deploying applications. Within the role in the Customer Service is responsible for all aspects of customer service including the order processing cycle from customer inquiry through monitoring of receivables.

She joined the team with the business acquisition from Dow AgroSciences. While with Dow AgroSciences, she held the position of export documentation specialist and system and support manager for the ProFume and Vikane business for Europe. Ramona holds a college degree in German Studies.

Tim McPherson

Vice President of Regulatory Affairs

Tim McPherson heads regulatory affairs for all Douglas Products brands and chemistries.

Tim McPherson heads regulatory affairs for all Douglas Products brands and chemistries. He joined the team after his tenure as senior U.S. product registration manager for DuPont Crop Protection. With DuPont, he held the role of U.S. state regulatory affairs manager and U.S. product registration manager. McPherson also spent time at Griffin Corporation, where he was the registration and product development manager for Europe. He has a landscape architecture degree from Michigan State University.
